Hello,
You mentioned that sometimes, you can't go to Control Panel for some
reasons. It is an example that you run Copy II Plus and prevent you to go
into Control Panel. It has to do with disabled IRQ. It is only the way to
put NOP or CLI instead of SEI before you will be able to go into Control
Panel for Copy II Plus. Also, it is useful for games unless you modify the
assembly code.
