Replace the keyswitch once you isolate it. With the dishwasher
trick, you may have also gone from 1 bad key to 13 of them. No way in
heck am I going to tell some one to put a keyboard into the dishwasher,
washing machine, sink, or toilet. Those keyboards are not made to be
wet. Period.
No way to tell until you find the stuck one. One you remove it from
the board, you'll know it's the right one, because it will start
working, minus the one switch. I have replacement switches, but it
depends on the exact model of the keyboard.
Do you have access to a meter or continuity tester? You can get a
cheap continuity tester from Radio Shack, I am sure. You'll have to
test one key at a time of course.
