Where is this documented? Not apparently in the paper PRMs; there is
of course an entry for DeviceFS_CallDevice, but it doesn't elaborate on
any reason codes. The StrongHelp manual shows DeviceFS_CallDevice
3 as requiring devicefs_stream% in R2, rather than devicefs_stream%!28.
