Suggestions for large file hosting?

Hi,

I've got a 128MB file (a ROLF Live CD iso image) I want to make available by
FTP; I don't need any services other than FTP upload access.

I'm considering going for the cheapest T-Online package (500MB, 50GB
bandwidth, presumably per month at EUR4.99 per month) but, before I do, does
anyone have any suggestions/recommendations?

(I tried Megaphile.com, but the uploads I tried appear to be zero length in
the download page.)
