Ebay and trap handler problems

Hi

I used to be able to access ebay via my Iyonix and my Risc PC.
Suddenly I cannot do this. At first it appears as though the download
is progressing and then a traphandler error appears, and Oregano 2
disappears from the icon bar!

I would appreciate any help from anyone.
