Just in case it helps, the username seems to vary for different people.
In my case the xtreme in the above example is actually xtreme4 instead.
It is worth logging into to Pipex support site and check the bit on news
setup. Although the examples will be for news readers on other
platforms, they will still give you a personalised user id to type in.
(Ignore the ones in the screenshots as they don't always match the text!)
