Why should you think it based on 'nancyboy'? Actually, that's a term I
don't think I've heard since I was a schoolboy.

There are probably loads and loads of 'somethingboy' words or
expressions. I'm sure any intelligent being could come up with a few
were he to sit down with a dictionary, or the internet.

As you seem unable to supply the information requested, I'll try again.

1) Did you mean the term 'fanboy' to be derogatory?
2) Did you make the word up?
3) If so, on what did you base the word?
4) Have you worked out what it actually means?
