Has anyone else here bought a copy of VirtualAcorn at Wakefield?
Have your registration requests been accepted, or are you still
waiting like me?
One understanding, but also very disappointed new customer,

I bought Virtual Acorn to run on a laptop. I set it up with a wireless
network card. It worked fine. I took the laptop to France to use on
holiday & replaced the Network card with an Orange mobile phone card.
I could no longer use Virtual Acorn. None of this is mentioned in the
instructions. I had quite an altercation with Aaron, I felt I had been
swindled because I had bought the card for a special purpose. Also
beware the registration number changes for each set up. So follow the
instructions exactly as Aaron says. The secret is to register the
program with a wired ethernet connection. Do not close this just
unplug the cable. You can then add or change network cards without a
problem. I have to admit the program is remarkably stable. I always
managed to contact Aaron immediately but he did threaten not to help
if I was rude!
