Although this situation is less than ideal, the most sensible
thing you can do under the circumstances is be patient, and try
again on the 29th[1]. I'm sure that Aaron will offer his full
apologies for the inconvenience when you are finally able to make
contact.
[1] The 28th is a bank holiday, so the 29th is more likely to be
correct.
I'm rapidly beginning to think that I've spent £120 on little
more than a useless CD and matching case although at least I
have a real RISC OS license in there.
What you have bought is actually a very useful product that, once
this initial glitch is done and dusted, you will almost certainly
be pleased with.
