So in summary, I've bought a product that:

a) Cannot be activated on-line
b) The vendor is not replying to my registration emails
c) The vendor cannot be contacted over the phone.

Although this situation is less than ideal, the most sensible
thing you can do under the circumstances is be patient, and try
again on the 29th[1]. I'm sure that Aaron will offer his full
apologies for the inconvenience when you are finally able to make
contact.

[1] The 28th is a bank holiday, so the 29th is more likely to be
correct.

I'm rapidly beginning to think that I've spent £120 on little
more than a useless CD and matching case although at least I
have a real RISC OS license in there.

What you have bought is actually a very useful product that, once
this initial glitch is done and dusted, you will almost certainly
be pleased with.
