I'm unlikely to make changes to my laptop since it is proving to
be very robust and reliable. I'm not inclined to fix something
that isn't broken[1]. What changes would require re-activation?

As for changes to the network, I'm completely confused - what
changes affect things? I've noticed no problems, and I connect to
more than one network, via more than one mechanism.

[1] Well, I *am* if it's a "toy" but this isn't.
