Adding newsgroups

Hi,

I currently subscribe to news.individual.net for my newsgroups (as
freedom2surf's news server doesn't carry all the groups I need) and
recently asked if they could add two new ones to the server for me. They
were:

alt.archimedes.bugs
argonet.zfc

They have kindly added a.a.b but are having a bit of trouble with the
second one. They have asked me the following and I wonder if anyone knows
the answers?

Thanks in advance
