Check that !Boot.!Run is present, set to type Obey and its contents are
sensible.
Last time I installed VRPC for some reason it decided that obey files had an
..oby instead of ,feb extension, so from RISC OS all the obey files where of
type text with /oby on the end, which I had to fix before anything would run.
