Well, with a bit of luck Paul'll be along here himself to answer.

However, to unsubscribe you send a blank message with unsubscribe as the
subject so I guess you do the opposite. The group name is zfc-chat and at
the moment it still seems to be at Argonet.co.uk. I think everything going
to Argonet is being re-directed to Orpheous following Argo's closure -
means people don't have to change their email addresses!

I could email you the extract from my archive if necessary
