Monitor pinouts confirmed as per Theo's offering. Standard 9-pin vga
connector. Will also sync on H/V, Composite, and SOG, which a few of
the NEC multisyncs don't like.

Does indeed lock on down as low as 15Khz, thinking the bit that gives
that away would be the TTL/Analogue label just above the power switch.
Also manages 15Khz / 60Hz without complaint. This is a nice capable
monitor. :-)

Nice crisp picture. Bit limited on the H/V picture stretch though so
going to open her up now and get some matchsticks from the newsagents
for the pots.
