Using VGA-type monitor on A4000

Hi Everyone,

I've just dug my old A4000 out of the loft and fired it up. It seems to work
OK and makes all the usual booting-up noises. The only problem is that I
chucked out the matching Acorn monitor long ago and when I connect the
computer to a 'normal' computer monitor (the A4000 has a 15-pin connector),
I get a message saying:

"Signal frequency out of range
FH 21.8 kHz
FV 59.9 Hz
Please change signal timing"

I'm fairly sure there was a menu in RISCOS somewhere to change the monitor
type but obviously as I cannot see anything that isn't much comfort!

Is there any way to change the monitor type that I would be able to do
'blind', as it were?

Many thanks,
Chris.
