Just acquired a new sets of ROMs. Fitted them, but at power on I just
get a flash of red then a flash of green on the monitor and then
floppy seek, then back to flash of red then flash of green ad

the 3.7 ROMs it boots fine and the card and can be configured. Refit
the 4.02 ROMs and get a boot failure again.

While using 3.7 check the versions of the modules on the card
(*ROMModules). It could be an old non RO4 compatible version, but
I've not heard of continual rebooting from that. It sounds more like
a hardware issue, but hardware issues wouldn't be affected by OS
version.
