Download the Universal boot from
http://acorn.riscos.com/riscos/releases/UniBoot/, which will allow to
configure it. You will also need file transfer software, such as the RISC
OS samba port, a FTP client (eg. FTPc), or an NFS client (eg Sunfish).

You could connect the computers by a serial cable, or use Linux to transfer
the files between the hard discs on any computer (that Linux can run on).
