Monitor cable

I recently bought an A680 which is designed to work with a High Res
Monochrome monitor. Naturally enough I don't have such a monitor and I don't
think the specification is made any more, so I would like to use it with a
Multisync/VGA/SVGA monitor. I have in mind a AKF85 which appears to have a
suitable specification.
The A680 has 2 BNC connections labeled VIDEO & SYNC at the back, there is no
RGB or other video connector. The Monochrome monitor specification is:
Aspect Ratio: 4 to 3
Resolution: 1168 pixels by 904 rows
Horizontal: 1152 plus border of 16 pixels
Vertical: 900 plus border of 4 rows
Horizontal freq: 61.224KHz
Refresh rate: 64.4 frames/sex non interlaced
Bandwidth: 100MHz
Video signal: Analogue
Amplitude: 0 to 0.7V
Impedance: 75 Ohms
Composite sync: TTL
Singal connectors: BNC 1 for Sync and 1 for Video
So 2 questions:
1) Has anyone got one of these monitors in working condition they are
prepared to part with?
2) has anyone got a suitable cable for connection to a suitable
Multisync/VGA monitor? (e.g. 2BNC to 9 or 15 pin D (or 2BNC to 5BNC) with
RBG linked)
BTW before anyone says try CJE, I have alsready asked and Chris hadn't got a
suitable Monitor or cable. :-O
Thanks, in anticipation,
Chris
