Archiving articles from Pluto

On my other RPC, I have older articles and emails I wished to keep moved
out of Pluto into another application which shares the Pluto icon. And I
can't remember how I did this. This machine says Pluto is using some 250
Mbytes, and I'd like to reduce that as it seems to need repair/compact
quite often.

I have looked through the Pluto docs, but can't find what I want. Could
someone please point me in the right direction?
