The patches I did for 3.06 are no longer necessary, and should be

Whilst AIUI PhotodeskDA allocates address space not actaul memory I wonder
if leaving it in place could be actually causing problems?
Of course, the whole DA issue is precisely that we are short of
address space, not short of actual memory.
The patch was needed because Photodesk 3.06 and earlier will not work
correctly with Dynamic Areas which are above or span the 2GB address
range. The patch reserves a DA early in the boot sequence before other
DA using apps are run, hopefully resulting in a low address range
being claimed.
Photodesk 3.08 will work in correctly in high DA addresses, so doesn't
need the patch. If the patch is run, Photodesk will still take over
the reserved DA with hopefully no ill effects. But it is better to
remove it, to eliminate another a potential cause of complications.
Remember if you revert back to 3.06, you'll need to restore the patch,
or you will find it wont run most of the time.
