I don't seem to have that loader, so I may be completely wrong on
this, but I think it only converts from JPEG to sprite, as thats what
all the others do. I'm getting a vague recollection that Publisher+
may have supported JPEGs internally, but it doesn't seem to want to
run under Aemulor.
