Adding buttons to stronged modes

Having followed a thread in the Appbasic newsgroup, I have now started
using stronged for programming.

From the manuals, it seems that you can add your own buttons to carry
out functions, although it doesn't seem to be explicitly explained.

What I would like to do is create a button that hides all files (shft
ctrl H) and opens the file list (ctrl l). Is it possible to do this on
one button.

I've worked out that you need a sprite for the button, and that you
then add a commands to the modes modefile, Icon, select and adjust.

However I haven't been able to work out the final stage of what is
used to invoke the commands.

Could someone give me a pointer as to how to do it, or where the info
is in the documentation.

Many thanks

John
