What option should I use within CDVDBurn ?
Is it Filer Like Data layout, Data layout by given Dir. or Write Data
Disc.
Data layout by given Dir.
And make sure they have .jpg or .jpeg extensions, or the PC won't know what
they are!
JohnHi
I put the cd to written in Drive1 (top dvd drive )
I had my directory ready with its sub folders with Jpg's.
I clicked on Data layout by given Dir.
I generated the ISO image and saved it to somewhere temporary.
I clicked on write CD/DVD.
IIRC the default setting and the documentation suggest doing the write with
simulate ticked, this does everything like a real write but doesn't turn on
the laser.
If it completes the simulate o.k. you need to repeat with simulate unticked
something that is not (last time I looked) in the documentaion.
I had one customer who stuck to the documentation for two years before I
talked him through his first successful write.
The Hard drive was flashing and eventually the CD/DVD drive.
After that the cd was ejected.
However , when I click on the CD/DVD icon it says the compact disc is
faulty.
Inserting music cds and others discs into the same drive and they run.
What have I done wrong ?
I then copied a music cd and that worked
I wanna check first before trying to write another disc.
Looking at my settings my cd/dvd reader is cdfs:0 CDRW and my writer
is CD RW
Using an Iyonix 5.13
Any ideas ?
Regards.
