Under the Network configuration window you have the following choices:

AUN, Firewall, Host, Interfaces, MineMap, NetFS, OmniClient, Resolver,
Routing and ShareFS

AUN:- Left Blank
Firewall:- Leave as it is
Host:- Leave
Interfaces:- Tick what type of Network card you have, on mine it is NIC
NET100 100baseT then click on the Configure button opposite it
Interfaces Configure:- On mine via DHCP is selected and Primary
interface
MineMap:- Leave
NetFS:- Left Blank
OmniClient:- Greyed out
Resolver:- Host name:- riscpc (you can call this anything you want)
:- Local domain:- left blank
:- Primary name server:- 62.24.128.69
:- Secondary name server:- 62.24.128.5
:- Tertiary name server:- left blank
:- Act as DNS name server unticked
Routing:- Left blank
Share FS:- Tick but makes no difference.

Settings on modem/router

Does your Internet connection require a login? Yes ticked

Encapsulation:- PPPoE (PPP over Ethernet)

Login:- Full phone number @talktalk.net e.g 01234567890@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Password:- The password they gave you

Internet IP Address:- Get Dynamically From ISP ticked

Domain Name Server (DNS) Address:- Get Automatically from ISP

NAT (Network Address Translation) Enabled ticked

Under ADSL setting of the router/modem I have

Multiplexing Method:- LLC-Based
VPI:- 0
VCI:- 38
