intelligence but if it really is beyond you, you might like to ask
Joseph Heenan why he bothered writing WebGet.

You might also ask many of the other RO users who perhaps this very
moment are sniggering at your rather incredible lack of imagination if
they never drop a local html file, or even a JPEG, into their browser.

Perhaps it was just a clever move on my part to encourage someone like
yourself to demonstrate just how ludicrous a person gets when intent on
finding every little stick he can to beat someone with?
