The quote is preceded here by an underlined decimal point, one of the
undefined characters in the system font, and the '95' is preceded by an
underlined 'a', presumably a character 145.
Though it's not clear from the context, these may be intended to be
sexed quotes, which are not part of the acceptable email 8-bit character
set, and are certainly meaningless for 7-bit.
You may be using a proportional font to view your e-mail, which may
disguise this.
Definitely don't get this here, even when switching to a non-proportonal
font. Using Pluto as you are though v3.03h in my case. Nice the way you
can switch fonts on the fly in Pluto.
And what's this National Association of System Builders bit?
