Availability of ALBERTUS font for RISC-OS?

Dear colleague,
On my RISC-OS computer here I have a typeface called Alberta which
came from an EFF public domain disc. It has no lower-case, so I
suppose one would call it 'titling'.
In his book 'Introduction to Typography' Oliver Simon shows a Monotype
face called Albertus, whose capitals seem identical to the Alberta I
have here.
Can anyone tell me whether it is possible for me to buy for a RISC-OS
machine the complete Albertus font as shown in Simon's book?
With thanks for any help, Yours sincerely, Robin.
