I don't see much wrong with this provided the usage is
selectable in the config. The OP seemed to be expressing
surprise that so much had collected in his Scrap without him
knowing about it.
There are certainly some applications that leave files in Scrap
that are simply overwritten next time they are used: !DPlngScan
is one of them; !FastSpool is another. IMO such files would be
better inside the application itself.
