Sorry, My fault, I mixed the details up.
They should have read in Oregano v1.10 choices as:
Proxies
http "http://127.0.0.1:80"
https "blank"
FTP "Localhost:80"
Don't Proxy "blank"
and
Webserve choices:
tick Assume connection is already active
tick Don't allow other machines to connect
tick Show an icon bar icon

Don't know what it means, but it's in Oregano choices

I haven't noticed a problem with using these settings on Browse
or Oregano.

RISC OS 4.02

It happens just as the banner appears and it stops the rest of the boot
sequence from continuing until I press a key.

It's only done this after I accidentally deleted some files in the
PCCard directory a few weeks ago, but I cannot possibly see why or
how this could cause the problem.

Yes, ADFS::HardDisc4.$.!Boot.Resources.!USB
and
ADFS::HardDisc4.$.!Boot.Resources.!USBLib

I've un installed MassFS deleted the USB folders and reinstalled MassFS
and USB folders but the fault still exists,
However I'll now try the options I've been given so far (thanks to
all) and report back when I've completed them.
