I'm not sure that xpi files work yet, but if you have the extension
already installed on a windows machine and it is 1.5Beta compatible
then you may be able to follow the procedure that worked for Sage
and Web Developer toolbar:
0) Optionally back up your profile folder
With Firefox completely closed down
1) Copy the extension from the extensions folder in your Windows profile to
your RO target profile [NOT in the application] - it will be one of the
directories in braces (I use zip)
2) rename the extensions/rdf in the profile folder to extensions/rdf/save
3) Start and completely stop Firefox a number of times - with beta you will
probably need three starts (should only be two)
If this fails, and Tools/Extensions doesn't give any pointer, you can delete
the extension and restore extensions/rdf, or restore the backed-up profile,
or delete the whole profile and let Firefox rebuild it.
NOTE Don't try this if you are not confident with this type of hacking.
NOTE I haven't yet got this to work with Themes.
