No-one is working to 32-bit everything. ROL intend to produce two versions of
Select - one to run on 32-bit machines and one to run on 26-bit machines. No
difference for programmers or users - except that you need the 32-bit machine
version for 32-bit machines and the 26-bit machine version will also run the
old 26-bit software some of which won't run on 3-bit machines.
