Draw to WMF conversion app wanted

Hi people,
Some non-technical people who run Windows need a logo I've created as a
drawfile.
I'm supposing that WMF is the 'best' format, so I've done a search of
c.s.a.apps and also a google search, but I've not come up with anything
too promising yet (ie still published).

It seems that Davyn used to make a converter and so did Sherston. Are
these still available or useful?

Is there a current app that can do the trick, either commercial or PD?

There seems to be a number of apps that go the other way WMF->draw, eg
ImageFS2.
