No released version of the SharedUnixLibrary has never disabled lazy task
swapping.
The SetHome utility in versions of !UnixHome prior to 1.03 _did_ disable
lazy task swapping (in order to work around an issue in pre-release versions
of RISC OS 5). The SetHome utility in version 1.03 (or later) of UnixHome
does not disable lazy task swapping.
