Hi..I am a Jr. Quality engineer with 2+ experience in ISO 17025 & 1
year in ISO 9001.
I am in search of good improvement techniques. The company has all
process in place. But no analysis is done on products after release to
identify the weak areas. So, I am more focussed into measurement and
analysis of software products. Can anyone guide me through this.The
best practices & methodology to be followed?

It's not rocket science. Start by gathering metrics on every defect found in the field and performing an analysis of the data. It should tell you where the weak areas are.
