Do you have a plan document for your team (a gantt chart)? Do you
have any goals that needs to be achieved by your team members? (eg. 100
testcases this week, learning .... testing within 3 months etc..). Do
you monitor your team progres on a weekly basis? If so it is very easy
to collect metrics. Do you track number of defects identified by each
of your team member? Btw, what is the size of your team?
