I don't see you mentioning any deadline.
So my answer will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, take into account
of stat holidays and 2+ weeks vacations, and maternality leave if
the employee needs so, until you fire that person.
You may consider hiring more that one persons for the lengthly
job description you have mentioned.
So no matter what, it is 8 hours a day.
Do you expect people will work 24x7? it is against most labour codes!
