Re: Need your opinion - important!



Not to seem flippant, but if this is the only person doing this
job, he (or she) will likely be working 24/7. The number of
interactions to other organizations this person has will use up
the 'normal' 8 hour working day. If there is actual 'work'
to be performed, it will have to take place during the next 8
hour shift. If liaisons are necessary with external companies
that are in other countries (i.e. Europe, Asia, etc.) then the
last 8 hours of the day are in jeopardy of being used.

If you have several people employed in this position, I can still
see it taking a full 8 hours a day... minimum. I've been in
the industry over 30 years and can attest that just attending
the liaison meetings will absorb several hours per day.

Just my 2 cents worth.
