Powerful, reliable and flexible disk encryption program that lets you
create encrypted disk partitions (drive letters) to protect your
confidential information. Private Disk hides and restricts access to
your programs and data. Dekart Private Disk features an innovative
Disk Firewall mechanism - a unique technology that shields your files
from viruses and other malware even if your antivirus or antispyware
program fails to protect the system. Now you can create a white-list
of applications, and only these programs will be allowed to access the
contents of the encrypted drive. This feature protects your data from

software locally. The automated safe hardware removal procedure will
keep you away from accidental data loss. The reliability of the

which allows you to create compressed backups of the contents of the
drive, and of the encryption key. This makes disaster recovery a
simple process. All the information protected by Dekart Private Disk
is transparently encrypted with Dekart's NIST-certified implementation
of AES 256-bit - the strongest encryption algorithm available today.
Private Disk supports all the versions of Windows that are in common
use, providing the same features, whether you use the discontinued
