ANN: Pointor - point list viewer with DXF output

Pointor V4 reads list of 2D or 3D geometric points from such
sources as Excel, Access, and normal text files. It then shows
you the points graphically, enabling you to zoom and pan to
areas of interest. The points can then be saved as a DXF file
which can then be for easily imported into any CAD program.

New in this version is the ability to add grid lines as well
as X Y and Z axes.

This program has applications in engineering (cloud points)
and GIS instruments (TDS and TopCon data collectors). Since
it is a lightweight standalone program it is ideal for use
on computers which do not have any CAD program installed.

GIS formats supported include PNEZD PENZD Code-XY Code-YX UPT
XY-Desc and XYZ-Desc, as well as pure and simple lists
of coordinates.
