Using Agilent 33220a with Matlab

I am trying to use an Agilent 33220a with the matlab instrument control toolbox in order to create waveforms and download them into the arb. I have installed the v16 of agilent IO library as well as the agilent driver and the matlab driver yet when I try to run the icdevice function i keep getting the error message

"undefined function or method 'on cleanup' for input arguments 'function_handle' "

In the icdevice function at that line there is a comment that says an error at that spot indicates an issue with the driver. I am wondering if anyone has had this issue and might know of a fix. .
