Hi Joe,
the warning is due to the fact that you have no Scope or other data display block present in your model. Most probably, this has nothing to do with the crash.
To debug the crash, please try to replace the board I/O block (Analog Input, Analog Output or such) with a block that does not touch the board (like Constant). This would help to separate hardware access problem from all other problems possibly existing with your model.
