Sorry but you're toast. Next time don't use your real email address.
Use a temporary one like I do or use one you've created just for
newsgroup postings. Live and learn. At least The Mathworks lets you
hide your real address. But once your address is out there, and the
spammers have gotten ahold of it, there's no undoing it. Welcome to
the real world. Now you know how the rest of us have felt for years.
The only solution is to abandon that email and set up a new one - and
even that will only be spam free for a few months to a year or two at
the most.
