Hi, can anyone tell me how to find the PC's uptime from matlab? I had a quick google for it but no joy!

If anyone knows how to get information from the cmd prompt that would do, I've downloaded uptime.exe from microsoft, currently trying something like this...

status = dos('uptime.exe')
\\PC_IDxxxxxxx has been up for: 21 day(s), 2 hour(s), 24 minute(s), 23 second(s)

0

just need to figure out how to extract that uptime info.......


If you have to, look at EVALC and parse the text.
