Please Help Me find SNR!

Now I do work about image processing.

and my work now have to find SNR value when the picture have noise.

In this case I use ' cameraman.tif ' and noise is Jpeg noise value of quality 100-1(good-bad)

I have to find SNR value in each noise. I don`t know how.

plese help me!
