MATLAB student version R2008A

Hi,

I am planning to buy the student version but I need a few questions answered so,if anyone of you would be kind enough to answer them:

1) Can I change my machines on which I install i.e. if I get a new computer wil I able to install my MATLAB on it?

2) Will I get MATLAB component runtime compiler(MCR) with the version so that I can make standalones to run on other machines?
