Hi,
I want to generate a non-uniform distribution (or random
numbers )whose value varies between 0 & 1, and has a
specified mean and standard deviation. (Soemthing like a
amplitude varying duty cycle varying pulse train with some
average value)
Can any one let me know how to do this?
The problem is, if all you specify is that it
is non-uniform, the mean and standard
deviation are insufficient information.
