If the installation instructions don't provide you with
sufficient help, don't hesitate to call Install Support.
The telephone number should be easily found in the
installation instructions.

Dear Colleagues,

my problem is that the worker I started on the jobmanager
itself is connecting perfectly, but an additional worker on
an other machine doesn't find the jobmanager.Though I can
ping the jobmanager from the machine whos worker is to be
connected and matlab can find the jobmanager (get(jm)) I
can't add the worker.

The error message is only that the worker cant find the
jobmanager!

The configuration is the following :
PC1 (jobmanager + Worker) (7.2.0.232) R2006a
PC2 (Worker) (not connected) (7.2.0.232) R2006a

Did you install MATLAB Distributed Computing Engine
correctly in your Head Node (PC1) and Worker Node (PC2)?

Basically, Head Node requires License Manager, and Worker
node must have license file generated by Head Node.
