Pie chart

I have two questions about pie charts with changing values

The first one is: my program can sort some letters from a file and
plot it in pie chart, but i want to limitit the plot to the ten most
used letter in the text-file.

The second is: i also want to write out the letter instead of the "%"
value. I use the two-output sortfunction and gets the value the sort
gives it, but i dont know how to "connect" it to the pie chart.
