3D pixel images

Dear All,

I would like to create an 3D image of a 3D dataset
(e.g. size(dataset) = [64 64 128]. The voxels in the image
should be allowed to have differenr color according to the
value in 'dataset'.
The 'surf' function does not seem to be able to do that (2D
data only, thus only suitable for visualization of cross-
sections of the 3D dataset). Does anybody know an easy way
to visualized the whole dataset at once in 3D?

Thanks

Wilco

From what I've understood, surf is not what you want, unless you want to render the isosurfaces in your volume. ... Then you can change which slices you view by clicking in any of the 3 slices. ...
