Time zone error: FLEXnet error -31 and -34

Updating Matlab R2007b won't work. Is it not released in all time zones at the
same time??

After checking out the End User Agreement, I find that...
-31 Feature start date is in the future.
-34 Clock difference too large between client and license server system.

I'm not sure where theMathWorks is located, but I hope that when the local
time here is equal to theMathWorks local time at the creation of the license
file, I can go ahead and install.
